Integrations let WorkLLM read from and write to the tools your team already uses. Once connected, you can reference emails, calendar events, Slack messages, Notion pages, Jira tickets, and CRM records directly in AI conversations — and AI Agents can take action in those same tools automatically, without requiring you to copy information back and forth.

How integrations work

WorkLLM uses OAuth-based authorization for every integration. When you connect a service, you are redirected to that service’s login and consent screen. You approve the specific permissions WorkLLM needs, and the service issues a secure access token. WorkLLM never stores your passwords, and you can revoke access at any time from either WorkLLM or the connected service.
WorkLLM requests only the permissions required for each integration to function. You will see exactly what access is being requested before you authorize.

Connecting an integration

1

Open Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar of your workspace.
2

Navigate to Integrations

Select Integrations from the Settings menu. You will see all available integrations, with the status of each one shown.
3

Connect a service

Click Connect next to the integration you want to set up. You will be redirected to that service’s authorization page.
4

Authorize access

Review the requested permissions and click Allow (or your service’s equivalent). You are redirected back to WorkLLM, and the integration is active immediately.

Using integrations in chat

Once a service is connected, you can reference its content in any AI conversation using natural language or @mentions:
  • @gmail — search and reference emails
  • @drive — attach or search Drive files
  • @slack — reference messages or channels
  • @notion — pull in pages or database records
  • @jira — look up issues and project status
  • @hubspot or @salesforce — reference contacts, deals, and pipeline data
You can also describe what you need in plain language: “Summarize the last 5 emails from Acme Corp” or “What are my open Jira tickets for this sprint?”

Integrations and AI Agents

AI Agents in WorkLLM can use connected integrations to take action — not just read data. When you build or configure an Agent, you can grant it access to specific integrations so it can:
  • Send Slack messages or post to channels
  • Create and update Jira tickets
  • Draft and send emails via Gmail
  • Create or update Notion pages
  • Log notes and update records in HubSpot or Salesforce
Agents act on your behalf using your authorized credentials. You remain in control of what each Agent can do, and all Agent actions are logged in your audit trail.
When setting up an Agent, connect only the integrations that Agent actually needs. Limiting scope keeps your workspace secure and makes Agent behavior easier to audit.

Disconnecting an integration

To remove a connected integration:
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find the integration you want to disconnect
  3. Click Disconnect
Disconnecting an integration immediately removes WorkLLM’s access to that service. Any Agents configured to use that integration will stop functioning for the actions that required it until you reconnect or reconfigure.
Disconnecting from WorkLLM does not automatically revoke the OAuth token on the service side. To fully remove access, also revoke the WorkLLM app from that service’s connected apps settings.
