WorkLLM integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce so your sales and revenue teams can bring CRM data into AI conversations and automate CRM workflows with AI Agents. Connect your CRM and you can reference contacts, deals, companies, and pipeline data in chat without switching tabs — and build Agents that keep your CRM records current, draft follow-ups, and surface insights from your pipeline automatically.

HubSpot

What the HubSpot integration enables

Connecting HubSpot gives WorkLLM access to your contacts, companies, deals, and activity history. In chat, you can ask questions about your pipeline and get answers grounded in real CRM data. AI Agents can update deal stages, log notes and calls, create tasks, and send sequences. In chat:
  • “What’s the current status of the Acme Corp deal?”
  • “Show me all deals in the Proposal stage.”
  • “What did we last discuss with Jordan at Meridian?”
  • “Which deals have had no activity in the last 14 days?”
With AI Agents:
  • Update a deal’s stage when a contract is signed
  • Log a call note after a meeting is completed
  • Create a follow-up task when a deal moves to negotiation
  • Draft and enqueue a HubSpot sequence email for a new lead

Use cases

Lead qualification agent

When a new lead is created in HubSpot or Salesforce, an Agent researches the company, scores the lead based on fit criteria, enriches the record, and creates a prioritized follow-up task.

Deal follow-up automation

After a meeting is logged, an Agent drafts a personalized follow-up email based on the meeting notes, CRM history, and deal stage, ready for the rep to review and send.

Pipeline review summaries

Before a weekly pipeline review, an Agent generates a formatted summary of all active deals by stage, highlighting at-risk opportunities and deals with no recent activity.

Activity logging agent

After a rep completes a call, an Agent automatically creates an activity record in Salesforce or HubSpot with a summary of the call, next steps, and any commitments made.
