The Notion integration connects WorkLLM to your Notion workspace. Once connected, you can reference Notion pages and database entries directly in AI conversations, pull knowledge base content into AI Assistants, and let AI Agents create and update Notion content as part of automated workflows. Teams use this integration to bring their documentation, project specs, and knowledge bases into the AI layer — making it easier to work with existing content rather than recreating it.Documentation Index

What the Notion integration enables
Reference Notion content in chat
Pull Notion pages and database records into any AI conversation by referencing them directly or asking in natural language. WorkLLM reads the content of the pages you reference so you can summarize, extract information, ask questions, or build on the content.- “Summarize the product spec from the Notion roadmap page.”
- “What are the open items in the Q3 planning database?”
- “Find the onboarding checklist in Notion.”
Use Notion as an AI Assistant knowledge source
When building an AI Assistant in WorkLLM, you can connect your Notion workspace as a knowledge source. The Assistant indexes your selected Notion pages and databases and uses that content to answer questions — giving you a knowledge-base-powered assistant grounded in your team’s actual documentation.AI Agents can write to Notion
AI Agents with Notion access can create new pages, add content to existing pages, and update database records. This makes it practical to automate documentation tasks that would otherwise require manual effort.- Create a new Notion page for every meeting, populated with the agenda, attendees, and AI-generated notes
- Add a new row to a Notion database when a workflow step is completed
- Update a project spec page with a summary generated from a conversation
