Overview

WorkLLM shows your credit information in several places, so you can see what you use without leaving your work. You can check your credits at the top of the screen, see the cost of each answer, open a detailed report, and follow the cost of your agents. This article explains where to find each one and how to read it. It covers the following topics.
  • How to check your credits from any screen.
  • How to see what one answer cost.
  • How to open the Credit Usage report, and how to read it by day, model, model provider, and task.
  • How to see usage by agent and by chat.
  • How to see credits when you build, test, and use an agent.
  • What to check if your credits dropped more than expected.
To learn what a credit is and what affects the cost of a task, see How WorkLLM credits work.

Where to see your credit usage

You can see your credit usage in four ways. Quick view. The credit meter sits at the top of every screen. It shows the credits your workspace has used in the current cycle, out of the total allocated. For example, 17,481 / 482,196. The number updates as you work. Select the meter to see your workspace usage, the date your credits refill, and a link to learn how credits work. The usage shown is the workspace pool, which everyone in your workspace shares.
After each answer: Click the dollar icon under an answer in AI Chat. It shows how many credits that answer used and what type of work they were used for, such as LLM. The row also shows which model answered.
For Example:
1. I requested workLLM to share campaign ideas, instagram post captions, ad campaigns and CTAs for a skincare brand launching a new Vitamin C serum and used the mid range model Anthropic: Claude Haiku 4.5 and 34.50 credits were used
Detailed view. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner. Then select Credit Usage. This opens the Credit Usage report. Agent view. Agents show credits in the editor, in the test panel, and on the agent’s Reports tab.
  1. Creation and editing credits.
  1. Testing credits.
  1. Execution credits.

The Credit Usage report

The Credit Usage report shows where your credits are going. It starts with your allocation, then your usage over time, and then a breakdown.

Personal and workspace allocation

The report opens with two cards. Personal Credit Allocation & Usage. This shows your own allocation for the current cycle. If your workspace admin has not set a personal limit, the card says “No personal credit cap.” You can then use credits according to your workspace’s shared pool and plan limits. Workspace Credit Allocation & Usage. This shows the whole workspace for the current cycle. You can see the total allocated, the credits used, and the credits remaining for the whole workspace.

Your usage by day

The “Your credit usage by day” chart shows your credits for each of the last 7 days. Use it to spot your busiest days. You can download the chart from the icon at its top right.

Choose a period

Below the chart, you can filter the reports by period. Choose Current cycle, Overall, or Custom

Usage by model, model provider, and task

The Credit Usage Breakdown shows where your credits are being used. It has three tabs. You can search in any tab, download the report, and change the columns.
  • Model. Shows each model you used, the number of messages, and the credits used. Use it to see which models cost you the most.
  • Model Provider. Groups use the same usage by provider, such as DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon, and Qwen.
  • By Task. Shows which type of work used credits, such as LLM, embeddings, and web search. It appears as a chart and a list.

Usage by agent and by chat

Further down the report, two tables break your usage down.
  • Agent usage. This table lists each agent with its messages, credits used, owner, function, industry, source, and agent type. You can sort the list by credits used.
  • Chat usage. This table lists your chats with their messages, credits used, whether each chat is private or shared, and the owner. You can search for a chat or filter the list. The download includes all the rows that match your current filters, not only the rows on screen.

Credits and agents

Agents use credits when you create them, test them, and run them. Here is where you can see the credits at each stage.
  • While you build an agent. In the agent editor, the Plan section shows a Credit usage figure next to its title. This is the cost of creating and editing the agent. It keeps adding up each time you edit the agent and never resets
  • While you test an agent. Select Test to open the Test Agent panel. A Credits spent counter appears next to the agent’s name. It shows what your test conversations have cost so far. It keeps adding up as you test and never resets
  • After your agent is in use. Open the agent and select the Reports tab. The total credits used figure shows what the agent has used across all its runs. You can view the last 30 days, the last 90 days, or all time .
  • When your agent runs: Each time an agent runs, it uses credits for the model work in every step. An agent with more steps uses more credits, so a longer plan costs more per run than a short one. You can see the cost of every run.
There are three places to see what your agent’s runs cost.
  • Execution tab. Open the agent and select the Execution tab. The Execution logs list the manual and automated runs for that agent. Each row shows the date and time, the source, the user, the status, and the credits the run used. You can filter the list by user and by time
  • My execution. Select AI Agents in the left menu, then My execution. This page lists your sessions across every agent in the workspace. Each row shows the date, time, type, agent, and the credits used. You can filter the list by agent and by time.
  • Reports tab and Agent usage. Credits from every run are also added to the agent’s total on its Reports tab and in the Agent usage table in the Credit Usage report.
If your credits dropped more than expected Use the report to find the cause.
  • Check the Model tab. See whether a higher-cost model used most of your credits.
  • Check the By Task tab. See which type of work is used the most.
  • Check Agent usage and Chat usage. Sort by credits used to find the agent or chat that cost the most.
  • Check one answer. Click the dollar icon under an answer to see what it cost.
