Overview
An agent is more useful when the people who need it can use it. This article covers the three ways to share an agent, how to do it, and what to keep in mind first, including how admin limits work To build an agent first, see Creating, running, and managing agents.Who can use an Agent
Agents live in your shared workspace. The person who created an agent is its owner, and the owner decides who else can use it. You can share an agent in three ways:- With selected colleagues.
- With your whole organization.
- Publicly.
Two things to keep in mind:
- Share publicly only for agents that contain nothing private. A public agent should not carry client data, internal pricing, or anything you would not put on your website.
- Admins still control the limits. They decide who can run agents, who can build them, and who can access which data, and nothing is open by default.
